These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to remadewithmoney.com and any content, downloads or digital products made available through it by Remade With Money LLC, doing business as Remade with Money. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Who may use the website

You may use the website only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Educational purpose of the website

Remade With Money LLC, doing business as Remade with Money, provides general financial education, organizational tools and practical resources, especially for expecting and new mothers. Content is intended to help visitors understand questions they may want to consider; it is not a substitute for advice tailored to an individual situation.

No personalized financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice

Website content, articles, checklists, workbooks, downloads and responses to general questions are educational only. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, apply for, change or cancel a financial or insurance product.

No professional-client or fiduciary relationship

Using the website, sending a message, downloading a resource or purchasing a product does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-adviser, insurance-agent, fiduciary or other professional relationship with Remade With Money LLC or its contributors.

Individual responsibility for financial decisions

You are responsible for evaluating your circumstances, verifying information that affects you, and deciding whether to consult qualified financial, tax, legal, insurance or other professionals. Laws, benefits, costs, deadlines and product terms may vary and may change.

Website content and availability

Remade With Money LLC may update, correct, remove or reorganize website content and may interrupt access for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Remade With Money LLC aims to provide useful information but does not promise that every item will always be complete, current, error-free or available.

Product descriptions and pricing

The website currently describes the Nap-Time Money Setup workbook. Any product description, included materials, price, availability and promotional terms should be confirmed on the applicable offer or checkout page at the time of purchase. Remade With Money LLC may correct errors or change an offer before accepting an order.

Purchases and payment processing

Any payment processor, checkout terms, information collected, taxes or fees, and the point at which an order is accepted will be disclosed on the applicable offer or checkout page before a purchase is completed.

Digital-product access and delivery

Remade With Money products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, access may be provided through an on-screen confirmation, email, download link, customer account, or another delivery method disclosed before purchase or signup.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam or promotions folders, and using a compatible device and software to open the files.

Access is normally provided promptly after a successful purchase or form submission, although payment processing, email delivery, or technical issues may occasionally cause delays. If a product does not arrive or a download link does not work, contact info@remadewithmoney.com for assistance.

Customers should download and retain a personal copy of purchased materials. Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, Remade With Money does not guarantee that download links or hosted access will remain available indefinitely.

Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be shared, copied for others, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly posted, or used to create competing products without prior written permission from Remade With Money LLC.

Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, purchases of paid digital products are generally non-refundable once access or a download link has been provided.

We will review refund requests involving:

A duplicate charge
Failure to receive the purchased product
A material technical problem that prevents the product from being accessed or used and that we are unable to resolve

To request assistance or a refund review, email info@remadewithmoney.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Include the name and email address used for the purchase, the product purchased, and a description of the issue.

At this time, Remade With Money products are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Therefore, there is no continuing subscription to cancel unless a product’s checkout page expressly states otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limited personal-use license for purchased and downloaded materials

Subject to payment and the applicable offer terms, Remade With Money LLC grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased or downloaded materials for personal, noncommercial use. Unless Remade With Money LLC gives written permission, materials may not be copied for others, resold, sublicensed, posted publicly, used to create competing products or distributed through shared drives, groups or marketplaces.

Copyright, trademarks and intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, branding, graphics, downloads and other materials are owned by or licensed to Remade With Money LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Remade with Money,” associated branding and the RWM leaf mark may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership without permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the website to violate law or another person’s rights; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy content at scale without permission; impersonate another person; submit deceptive or unlawful material; or use materials provided by Remade With Money LLC outside the permitted license.

User messages, submissions and feedback

You are responsible for information you submit through forms or comments. Do not submit confidential third-party information, unlawful material, or sensitive financial or authentication information.

You grant Remade With Money LLC the limited permissions reasonably necessary to receive, store, review and respond to private messages, and to display and moderate comments you choose to post publicly. If you provide voluntary feedback about the website, Remade With Money LLC may use that feedback to improve its services without treating it as confidential, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
